Entrepreneurial Leadership, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Organizational Effectiveness and Their Relationships Towards Firm Performance

This study is a cross-sectional descriptive & confimatory that analyzes the Indonesian heavy equipment industry. Therefore, results only represent condition of industry at certain point in time research was conducted, unlike longitudinal data. Another implication this cannot determine causality between constructs and can current condition.
 The construct author measures entrepreneurial leadership (EL), orientation (EO), organizational effectiveness (OE) Firm performance (FP).
 FP relevant strategic management often used as dependent variable. Despite relevance, there almost no consensus on its definition, dimensions measurement, what limiting progress understanding concept.
 Successful operating dynamic changing environments have ability to reach out explore new sights. When conditions for employee recruitment been reduced, even every year are additional employees, expenses, optimization work jobs each employee, etc. Possibly with this, I would like examine company whether they EL, EO, OE improve FP, where employees understand apply how Risks risk uncertainty well being proactive maintaining company's growth, so survive business situation. And also wants clarify their relationship positive effect others.
